Job Title: Change Management Expert (HR)

Location: Bucharest
Period: 2 yrs contract w/ the possibility of extending
Role overview:

We are looking for a Change Management Expert to support drive the organization through complex transformations (digital, organizational, cultural), with a strong focus on people, adoption and sustainable impact. The role is part of the HR team and works cross-functionally with Business, IT and Leadership, particularly on initiatives with strong digital and AI components.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the execution of the change management strategy for strategic initiatives (digital transformation, AI-enabled projects, organizational change).
• Design and implement end-to-end change plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communication, engagement, training and adoption strategies.
• Establish and maintain change governance frameworks, ensuring consistency, transparency and accountability across initiatives.
• Partner closely with project and delivery teams to embed change into the overall project lifecycle, not as a standalone layer.
• Support leaders and managers in their role as change leaders through coaching, toolkits and targeted sessions.
• Measure adoption, resistance and overall impact of change initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Explore and test ways in which AI can support change efforts (e.g. personalized communication, learning journeys).
• Contribute to building a culture of learning, adaptability and continuous improvement.
• Document best practices and create reusable change management assets at organizational level.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track of leading complex change initiatives in large or matrix organizations, preferably including digital and AI-driven transformations.
• Strong familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci) and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Structured thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving contexts.
• Genuine interest in digital transformation and AI (curiosity and applied thinking rather than technical expertise).
• Strong communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable using data and insights to measure impact and guide decisions, not only storytelling.
