Job Summary:

Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet.
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
• Manage, monitor, maintain and configure Windows Servers (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Manage, monitor and maintain Microsoft Active Directory.
• Manage, monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Servers (2008, 2012, 2016).
• Manage, monitor and maintain the file server.
• Manage, monitor and maintain Exchange and SharePoint servers.
• Manage, monitor and maintain Hyper-V and VMWare infrastructure.
• Manage, monitor and maintain the network infrastructure (Cisco and FortiGate devices).
• Manage and monitor DNS servers (Linux and Windows servers)
• Develop, perform and implement backup strategies to safeguard critical data.
• Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure quick recovery from data loss events.
• Work with internal teams and external partners on company projects (install and configure network devices, servers, operating systems and applications, identify devices based on technical specifications.)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Operating systems: Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019.
• Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Group Policy, RMS, PKI and Windows NT backup.
• Virtualization: Hyper-V and VMWare – stand alone and clustering.
• Webhosting: SharePoint Server 2016, Online Office 2016.
• Email server: Exchange Server 2016, 2019 – DAG clustering, Edge.

Skills good to have:

• Data Bases: SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2016 – stand alone and clustering.
• Networking: Cisco – Switches and Routers; Fortinet – Firewalls, IDS, IPS, VPN; DNS – Linux and Windows.
