How we handle the personal data you share with us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are

What data we collect
- Enquiries. When you send a message through the contact form or a vacancy page, we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you provide.
- Applications and profiles. If you register your interest in a role, we may hold the information you share about your experience, and any CV or profile documents you send us.
- Client information. Details about your organisation, the roles you are hiring for, and your representatives' business contact details.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you.
- To assess your suitability for current and future roles and to present your profile to client companies — only with your prior agreement.
- To manage recruitment mandates agreed with client companies.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
Our legal bases are your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interest in operating an executive search and recruitment business.
Who can see your data
Only the Bright IDs consultants working on your enquiry or mandate. Your profile is never shared with a client company without your explicit approval, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to ask for a portable copy, and to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). To exercise any of these rights, write to us at office@brightids.ro — every request is handled personally and free of charge.
